Concerned You May Have HIV?
If you are worried that you may have been exposed to HIV, you should undertake
STD testing as soon as possible. HIV testing is imperative as soon as you suspect you may be infected, as early treatment of the virus and monitoring of the immune system can dramatically improve the quality of life and long-term health of HIV positive individuals. Additionally, those whose STD test results come back positive can take steps to modify behaviors which would put themselves and others at risk.
The USALabTesting HIV test uses a blood sample to perform two stages of HIV testing, and provides the most accurate and discreet results available within 2-3 business days.

HIV Testing
The HIV-1 Test, also known as the Elisa test, is an STD test that looks for the presence of HIV by screening a blood sample to see whether the body has produced HIV antibodies, a telltale protein that the body produces to fight the infection.
This method of HIV testing can be used to identify the appearance of these antibodies (secroconversion) in most HIV positive people, three months after they have been exposed to the virus.
Positive screening results are immediately confirmed using the same blood sample, with the Western Blot confirmation. The combination of these methods of HIV testing, HIV-1 and HIV-2, has an estimated accuracy of 99.9%.
